Dr. English has completed her Bachelor’s of Science at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic near St. Louis. She has completed post-graduate work in Chiropractic Nutritional Counseling and Chiropractic Family Practice that includes specialized knowledge and treatment within pediatrics, perinatal, women’s health and family practice, and is Webster Technique certified.  She offers a diverse approach to adjusting by utilizing gentle instrument adjustments, table assisted adjustments, and other gentle adjusting techniques.  Dr. English is very much interested in the holistic approach to healing, which is the philosophy of the IFW Center, and believes that every person can value and have life-long effects from receiving chiropractic care.  Allowing the body to function with less stress and interference improves health and quality of life for everyone.  Providing care to the youngest population allows their body to achieve and maintain a greater level of health throughout life.  Birth can be very traumatic and hard on both baby and mother.  Chiropractic care is a great treatment to get the body back on track after going through these life events.

Her knowledge of the interplay between the muscles and spine ensures that minimal force is used to deliver adjustments, which provides ultimate comfort for the patient during treatment. Her focus is on keeping the muscles balanced and strengthening the body utilizing various therapies and rehab options to help improve posture. Dr. English also specializes in spinal care, extremity adjusting, sinus work, soft tissue techniques, and foot orthotics. She enjoys working with the entire family including pregnant women and children/infants.

Dr. English has experience working with colic, torticollis, ear infections, sinus problems, digestive problems, sciatica, TMJ, migraines, plantar fascitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. She prides herself in always listening to her patient’s concerns in order to provide the best treatment possible.
